Here is a summary of the results and our plans to improve our services in the future. - Amongst the patients collecting a prescription, 64% collected their prescription straight away, 30% waited in the pharmacy and 6% came back to collect it. - 89% were very satisfied with the time it took to provide their prescription and/or any other NHS services required. - 95% rated the cleanliness of the pharmacy as very good. - 68% found the comfort of the waiting area to be very good. - 85% agreed we were very good at having stock available for both medicines and appliances. - 85% found the layout of the pharmacy clear and well organised. - 86% were satisfied with how long they had to wait to be served. - 74% rated us as very good for having somewhere available where they could speak without being overheard. - 98% agreed that the staff was polite and took time to listen to patients. - 96% agreed that the staff was very good at answering queries. - 98% rated the staff overall as very good - It has been highlitghted that 67% have never used our service of providing advice on healthy lifestyle and 28% our service of providing on long-term conditions. - 89% say that they have never been offered advice on stopping smoking, healthy eating or exercise. - 91% would choose us as their pharmacy to visit again. - 71% described the pharmacy overall as excellent. - 91% say that this is the pharmacy they would choose to use if possible. => Overall, a lot of positive points have been made but it has been highlighted that many patients are not aware of the services we provide, such as lifestyle advice (healthy eating, smoking cessation, excercise) and advice on long-term conditions. We will strive to improve this in the near future. We have also remarked that some patients do not know that we have a consultation room available for confidential conversations. we will make sure that patients are awre of this option in the future.
